PALM DESERT – The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens’ Annual Brew at the Zoo is celebrating its 10th year of saving wildlife one brew at time.

The Annual Brew at the Zoo is set for Feb. 9 at 6:30 p.m. Advanced tickets at reduced prices are on sale now.

Guests will enjoy a wide variety of beverage tastings from more than 30 vendors representing many of the region’s finest specialty breweries, wineries, as well as other libations, including liquor and non-alcoholic beverages. New this year, 10 Southern California-based food trucks will be on hand to offer a wide-variety of gourmet street fare for purchase.

Also new this year, guests will have the opportunity to take a ride on a hot air balloon. Tethered balloon rides, available for an additional fee, will offer stunning vistas of the Zoo, as well as plenty of photo ops. The evening also includes four stages of live entertainment set throughout the park. Attendees can grab a brew and experience animal encounters and also can explore the African section of the park to see zebras, cheetahs, warthogs, Arabian oryx and many other animals.
