As owners of Right at Home Palm Springs and Desert Cities, an  in-home care service for elderly people, Daniel and Elaine Fox are no strangers to awards.

In recent months, Home Care Pulse® conducted telephone interviews with their clients and caregivers; based on their feedback the pair were awarded the 2017 Provider of Choice and the 2017 Employer of Choice.

This week, word spread that they had won yet another award, making them a triple threat in the community when it comes to in-home care. Caring.com announced its annual list recognizing in-home care agencies for service excellence based on consumer ratings and reviews, or the “Caring Stars of 2018” for in-home care. The 2018 award winners, for top-rated in-home care, include 151 in-home care agencies in 30 states across the nation.

“The award is recognition and validation that our comprehensive and stringent recruiting and hiring practices provide Right at Home with the most caring and compassionate caregivers,” Dan Fox said in an email interview with Uken Report. “These devoted team members in turn provide the highest level of care that our valued clients need and deserve. We are proud to be recognized for delivering on our mission statement which is: ‘To Improve the Quality of Life of Those We Serve.’”

Dan and Elaine decided to open a senior care business after witnessing the help that Right at Home provided to his parents and family. Dan and his siblings learned first-hand how important and helpful it is for long-distance family caregivers to have a caring and professional agency involved in the caregiving process as well as the benefits of the peace of mind that it provides.

They service Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Bermuda Dunes, Indio and the entire Coachella Valley.
