The City of La Quinta is scheduled to host its Fifth Annual Community Workshop and Lunch on Saturday, January 13, 2018 from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. offering a unique opportunity for the public to learn how government works at the local level,
This free workshop will identify new ways of looking at projects and opportunities for the future of La Quinta. Attendees will participate in discussions with Council members, staff and other citizens. The keynote speaker for the workshop is Dean Pete Peterson from Pepperdine University, who has city revenue and expenditure review experience.
