Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City Offers Residents Free Robin Thicke Vouchers at the ACE Club Beginning Wednesday, Oct. 14,

CATHEDRAL CIT – Cathedral City residents can pick up a complimentary ticket voucher for multiplatinum artist Robin Thicke’s headline performance at the 12th Annual Cathedral City International Hot Air Balloon Festival, presented by Agua Caliente Casinos. Vouchers are available beginning Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2026, at the ACE Club at Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City, 68960 E. Palm Canyon Drive.

Thicke takes the stage Saturday, Nov. 21, at the Cathedral City Community Amphitheater. Tickets grant access to all festival events that day.

How to Pick Up Your Voucher

Vouchers are available Wednesday, Oct. 14 through 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19. The ACE Club is open Sunday
through Thursday, 9 a.m. to midnight, and Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. Because pickup is inside the casino, guests must be 21 or older, must be an ACE Club member or join at pickup, and must show a valid photo ID with a Cathedral City address.

Limit one voucher per resident, first come, first served while supplies last. A total of 500 vouchers are available. The voucher is not a ticket; its code must be redeemed online for a free concert ticket by 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19.

Concert ticket holders can also visit the ACE Club on Saturday, Nov. 21, between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. to enter the Rock Out Cash In drawing for a chance to win a share of $500 Free Play.
