City of Palm Springs to Host ‘Get Out the Vote’ Event on Oct. 17

PALM SPRINGS —To kick-off early voting that starts October 5 for the Nov. 3 General Election, the City of Palm Springs is partnering with the Riverside County Registrar of Voters to host a “Get Out the Vote” event designed to provide residents with convenient access to voter registration and early voting ballot drop-off services.

The event will take place on Saturday, Oct. 17 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at City Hall, 3200 E Tahquitz Canyon Way.

Residents will have the opportunity to:

  • Register to vote and receive voter registration assistance.
  • Drop off completed early voting ballots.
  • Get information and assistance from the Riverside Registrar of Voters outreach team.

Event Details

When: Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 9 a.m.–12 p.m.

Where: Palm Springs City Hall, 3200 E Tahquitz Canyon Way

Services: Voter registration assistance and early voting ballot drop-off

Who: City of Palm Springs Office of the City Clerk and the Riverside Registrar of Voters Outreach Team.

Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to complete their voter registration and return their early voting ballots in advance of Election Day.
