A new hotline and email is now available for Palm Springs businesses and residents impacted by the spread of Coronavirus.
Anyone with questions such as how to apply for unemployment, a small business loan, unemployment, find information about recent City and State of California orders related to sheltering in place, parks, trails, golf courses, the moratorium on vacation rentals, homeshares, hotels and any other issue, can now call a hotline number at (760) 902-1155 or reach out via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our goal is that City Staff will respond to your call within one hour, Monday – Thursday from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Please be advised anyone with a medical question should contact their primary care physician or contact Eisenhower Health’s Coronavirus Hotline at (760) 837-8988.

“Although much of Palm Springs is closed for business except for essential services, we want our residents to know that City Hall is still here for you in this time of need when so many people have been impacted by the spread of the virus,” City Manager David H. Ready said in a prepared statement. “We encourage anyone with a question to contact us and we will do our very best to assist you.”
