Santa’s Miracle on the Tarmac Returns

Palm Springs Air Museum Presents Drive-Through Santa’s Miracle on the Tarmac Dec. 18-22

PALM SPRINGS — The Palm Springs Air Museum announces the return of its popular Holiday Event: Santa’s Miracle on the Tarmac. It’s Candy Cane Lane with airplanes and Santa! This socially distanced drive-through experience features holiday sounds and lights, aircraft, and Santa Claus!

You may enjoy this spectacle from the comfort of your own car — only $25 per car. Each car receives two McDonald’s coupons: one for a future free Breakfast Sandwich and one for a future free Big Mac. Limit is two coupons per car, and coupons can be redeemed only at local McDonald’s restaurants. There will also be one Goody Bag from Santa. Journey past vintage aircraft and experience Santa’s Miracle on the Tarmac!

Sponsors of this event are Hot Purple Energy and McDonald’s — the Shalhoub Family. Santa’s Miracle on the Tarmac runs evenings from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. daily starting Saturday, Dec. 18th and ending on Wednesday, Dec. 22nd.

Please do not exit the vehicle at any time during the Miracle on the Tarmac experience. Masks are required for the driver and passengers for the safety of Air Museum ticketing and check-in staff.

The Palm Springs Air Museum contains more than 71 vintage airframes from World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War contained in 86,000 square feet of open hangars and on the tarmac. Additional displays and memorabilia are located throughout the hangar facilities. The Museum and unique Giftshop are open daily from 10 am to 5 pm. Closed on Christmas. Masks required indoors.
