14th Annual Fall Family Festival Set for Nov. 21 in La Quinta

LA QUINTA — About Families Inc. presents the 14th Annual Fall Family Festival on Sunday, Nov. 21 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the new Silver Rock event site, 79179 Ahmanson Lane.

Admission is free.

According to Festival organizers, more than 1,000 attendees are expected to attend. Local businesses or organizations interested in supporting families in the community are encouraged to apply for exhibitor space.

This festive occasion brings together fun, games, crafts, safety and community resources for Coachella Valley families, in one joyous celebration.

Silver Rock event site will be lined with over 50 exhibitors and vendors all with a family focus and activities for children. Admission is free.

There will also be entertainment, a petting zoo and pony rides, food vendors as well as child safety demonstrations, such as car seat safety checks by the California Highway Patrol.

About Families is a local 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to family support and education from pregnancy through the childhood years. About Families’ mission is to educate families on the emotional, mental, and physical experiences involved during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. About Families creates a village of support through classes, groups and events.

The 14th Annual Fall Family Festival is currently accepting sponsorships through the end of October.
