Palm Springs City Councilmembers Geoff Kors and J.R. Roberts will host a special Community Forum on Wednesday, Nov. 29.
The Community Forum, which is designed to answer residents’ questions and address their concerns, will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Palm Springs Convention Center, 277 N. Avenida Caballeros.
This event will be conducted more as a “Community Conversation” so that issues of importance can be discussed in a less formal atmosphere than a typical City Council meeting, according to Communications Director Amy Blaisdell
In addition, the city manager and department heads will be present to answer questions and address any concerns.
The results of this forum will be presented to the new City Council to use as part of their goal-setting and strategic planning.
The Community Forum is open to the public.
