PALM DESERT — Due to strong buyer demand, the Rilington Group is releasing and opening sales of Phase 5 at Domani, an exciting new gated community. On Saturday, May 19, Domani will open its gates to interested buyers at 7:45 a.m. Since its preview opening in February 29 homes have been sold.

To best accommodate buyers, the following procedures will be in place on Saturday, May 19:
• Numbers will be handed out at the Clubhouse at 8 a.m.
• Buyers must be present when their number is called and they have 5 minutes to respond before the next number is called
• Buyers must present a financing pre-approval letter
• Buyers must bring a $10,000 deposit
• Buyers must be prepared to go to contract in three days
The brisk sales to date prove Domani is the right home at the right price for active adults. Based on the demand and high level of interest, Phase 4 was also released ahead of schedule, selling quickly.
