East Valley Republican Women Patriots are offering an 8-week course called Biblical Citizenship in Modern America

Biblical Citizenship in Modern America offers a quick-start guide to the longest standing Constitution in history, complete with an overview of all the Articles, and Amendments.

What sets this apart from other U.S. Constitution courses is the interactive, fast-paced presentations; the fabulous locations of Independence Hall and the WallBuilders’ Library; and finally, our Biblical heritage intricately woven throughout the entire course. The first video features Kirk Cameron with comments by Pastor Jack Hibbs, former Congressmember Michele Bachmann, and others.

The class, “Biblical Citizenship in Modern America,” by Patriot Academy is a resource that can help enrollees to learn of America’s biblical roots. It shows students how we can restore them in modern times, as well as the future, according to BiblicalCitizens.com.

According to the website, being Biblical Citizens requires a knowledge of Biblical principles and how to apply them to the world around us. You and your church can be the catalyst for restoring Biblical values in your neighborhood, state, and nation.

The 8-week class starts Tuesday, Jan. 31 at 9 a.m. and ends at 10:30 a.m. in the theatre at East Valley Republican Women Patriots headquarters, 73995 El Paseo, Palm Desert. The class each week precedes the Take Action Committee meeting which will begin at 10:30 a.m.

Reservations are required and the course is expected to sell out. Call EVRWP at the Headquarters at 760-771-9771. Cost is $25 which includes your workbook.

The workbooks include, “The Constitution Made Easy,” which contains the original wording of the US Constitution, but has had a modern language version added, “as amended,” according to the website,
