As the saying goes, WingStop is more than a meal, it’s a flavor experience.

CATHEDRAL CITY — This community is now home to the third WingStop in the Coachella Valley. Others are located in Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert.

The popular Texas-based eatery, located at 31855 Date Palm Drive, is known for its fresh “never faked” wings, hand-cut seasoned fries and its famous sides. Some of them include cheese fries, Cajun fried corn and Louisiana Voodoo Fries to name a few.

The menu consists of chicken wings, boneless wings, chicken sandwiches, and chicken tenders with various dips and sides. The flavors available in the US include plain, Hawaiian, Garlic Parmesan, Lemon Pepper, Mild, Original Hot, Hickory Smoked BBQ, Atomic, Mango Habanero, Cajun, Louisiana Rub, and Spicy Korean Q.

In August 2022, the restaurant chain introduced chicken sandwiches which also come in the same 12 aforementioned flavors that the wings are available in.

They offer a variety of Homemade Ranch, Bleu Cheese and Honey Mustard sauces. They also offer Jalapeño cheese sauce. The flavors seem endless from Louisiana Rub and Spicy Korean to Hawaiian and plain. For those who like spicy, they offer “Atomic.” It’s the hottest they’ve got!

For dessert, they offer a triple chocolate chunk brownie.

What began as a small buffalo-style chicken wing restaurant in Garland, Texas, continues to expand. As of 2022, Wingstop now has more than 1,400 restaurants

Wingstop quickly became a fan favorite when it first opened its doors in 1994. Today it is one of the fastest-growing concepts in the country.
