PS Firefighters Host Easter Egg HuntPALM SPRINGS — In one of the biggest Easter Egg hunts around, more than 3,000 strategically hidden eggs and a special visit from the Easter Bunny on a fire engine will kick off the Palm Springs Fire Foundation’s 59th annual Easter Egg Hunt & Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, April 19.

The 9 a.m. hunt at Ruth Hardy Park, 700 Tamarisk Road, has long been a beloved tradition in Palm Springs and is open to all children up to 9-years-old. Over the years, thousands of youngsters have frolicked in the park looking for colorful eggs to fill their baskets. In addition, the Easter Bunny will be on hand to take photos with families on a vintage fire engine.

Immediately following the event, join your friendly Palm Springs firefighters for a delicious pancake breakfast in the park hosted by Denny’s.

“The Palm Springs Fire Foundation’s 59th Annual Easter Egg Hunt is a much loved Palm Springs tradition open to all families in the Coachella Valley,” said Mayor Ron deHarte. “Bring the whole family and come celebrate the joy of the Easter holiday in the City of Palm Springs, like no place else.”
